Flooding of a property downstream of the client’s site resulted in legal action against the company. Mr. Gorman conducted all of the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the storm drainage system for the client to determine the causes of the flooding, recommend system modifications to prevent future flooding, and defuse pending and future legal action. The project report was equivalent to a storm drainage master plan for the affected drainage basins.
