Mr. Gorman provided bank stabilization design and permitting for more than one quarter mile of PCB contaminated Willamette Riverbank material as an early action project for a Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) in the Portland Harbor Superfund site. He also provided habitat mitigation support to address ecosystem mitigation potentially required under the Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) currently in progress by the Portland Harbor Natural Resource Trustee Council. Mitigation included habitat for Endangered Species Act listed Willamette River fish species.
