Columbia Land Trust, Expert Witness Engineering for Estuarine Wetland Restoration – Wahkiakum County, Washington

Mr. Gorman provided expert witness engineering related to flooding issues associated with dike breaching and Lower Columbia River estuarine wetland restoration along the Grays River in Wahkiakum County, Washington. He provided engineering review of project analysis and design and worked closely with the client’s legal counsel to assess the correlations between the project dike breaching, erosion of Seal Slough dikes, and flooding of adjacent properties.
