City of Tangent, Oregon Stormwater Master Plan – Tangent, Oregon

The City of Tangent is located in the heart of the grass seed capital of the world in the central Willamette River valley of Oregon. Mr. Gorman was responsible for conducting all hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the 1900 acre drainage system to prepare an update to the 1992 Drainage Master Plan and to identify alternatives to the infrastructure upgrades originally proposed to reduce the occurrence of flooding.
