Mr. Gorman provided all engineering analysis and design for the Tualatin Valley Habitat Bank in Washington County, Oregon. He conducted hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for the dynamic portions of the wetland hydrology, designed all grading for wetland hydrology modification, and designed the installation of engineered log jams and large woody debris to enhance wetland hydrology. The bank has restored approximately 106 acres of emergent, scrub-shrub, and forested wetland.
