Mr. Gorman managed the design and permitting of the Garrett Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank, including negotiation of the first stream banking credits in the State of Oregon. He conducted hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for the dynamic portions of the wetland hydrology. The bank has restored approximately 25 acres of Oregon Ash forested wetland.
